Unwound - Leaves Turn Inside You (25th Anniversary) CD/2LP

RELEASES ON THE 2/10/26

Unwound closed the book on their catalogue with "Leaves Turn Inside You", an album that still feels singular. Recorded in a moldering farmhouse basement at the turn of the century, it answers no-wave abrasion with a huge, immersive rush of sound.

Choppy guitar stabs, bridge scrapes, guttural bass thronk, thrift store synths and monotone chants drift across dense, suffocating rhythms. The result is a strange and brilliant collision: the world’s only choral grunge LP.

This 25th anniversary edition has been remastered from the original analog tapes and comes housed in a silver foil jacket with emboss, deboss, spot varnish and a replica 12x24” poster. Reinvented for you.
