Cosey Fanni Tutti says of the LP: "Initially conceived and performed live as the soundtrack to the autobiographical film "Harmonic Coumaction" for Hull UK City of Culture 2017 and later presented as an audio-visual installation as part of my solo exhibition at Cabinet, London.

This recording contains elements of intentional noise and percussive glitching, which should not be confused with possible vinyl surface noises."
