Really lovely copy. Vinyl is very clean with no marks and the sleeve is excellent.

Notes:

Cat# LBS 83127E in the top right corner of the back cover, LBS 83127 on the blue labels.
There exist a similar version that was released in the mono cover, hence the different cat# LBL 83127E on the rear cover.
The design of the cover is completely different from the US edition. 
It was designed by the famous dutch artist Jules de Goede (printed on the back sleeve as Jules DeGoedi): [a5948340 and 
Release date is obviously 1968 due to the label discography.
