First press.  All runouts stamped except 'BLAIR'S' & 'GASTRIC LAVAGE' which are etched, both referring to [a336941. One or both of these etchings must be present in the dead wax to belong in this release.  Text on inside gatefold is printed in white lettering.

On backside of cover it's printed: "Printed in England by Robert Stace & Co. Ltd."
