Comments:
Record has light marks but on playback there is no excesssive surface noise or jumps,clicks and skips. There is the occasional crackle.Sleeve is in good shape generally.The booklet has a corner tear and few patches where there is some damage but gereally decent. Comes wioth original Vertigo inner which apart from a little age related browning. Labels are clean

Notes:

First issue with spiral labels / inner and 4 page photo booklet inside gatefold sleeve, without "Made In England" on label.
On the label the title appears as 'Black Sabbath Vol. 4'.
