Mayhem - Live In Leipzig LP

With over three decades having passed since this now-legendary gig, and also featuring the original iconic cover artwork from the album's first pressing in 1993. This classic title includes a performance from the Leipzig show by the Norwegian legends on November 26th 1990, featuring the seminal Mayhem line-up of Hellhammer, Necrobutcher, Euronymous and Dead.

"Live in Leipzig" primarily contains live renditions of tracks from the "Deathcrush" release (1987) such as Necrolust and the title track and 1994's landmark release, "De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas", with songs including Funeral Fog and the ultimate black metal classic, The Freezing Moon. Mayhem are one of the undeniable leaders of the black metal genre and an inspiration for many black metal bands worldwide today, having existed for over 35 years, with an often dark and tragic history giving them unrivalled infamy.

This is one of very few releases to feature this line-up - vocalist Dead committed suicide the year after the show and guitarist Euronymous was murdered in 1993.
