Municipal Waste are an American thrash metal band formed in Richmond, Virginia, in 2001.

The band is known for their fast-paced, aggressive sound and humorous lyrics, often focusing on themes like partying, skateboarding and pop-culture references. They draw influences from classic thrash metal bands like Slayer, D.R.I. and Nuclear Assault, infusing their music with a modern and energetic approach.

Previously released in 2003 as a split-EP with Californian crossover thrash trio Bad Acid Trip, the re-release includes the original 5 Municipal Waste tracks. In addition there are four bonus tracks including covers of Poison Idea and Corrosion Of Conformity.

With all-new artwork and an etching on Side B, the tracks were remastered by J-F Dagenais (Kataklysm).

4. Backdraft
5. Tango and Thrash
